Shipping at Hypest: We Make It Easy!

At Hypest, we want you to receive your new gear as quickly as possible. We do our very best to process your order lightning-fast. Orders placed on business days before 10:00 PM (Amsterdam time) ship the same day. So you can shine in your new Hypest outfit as soon as possible.

Where Do We Deliver?

We currently deliver with love throughout Europe, including the UK. We aim for you to receive your order within 1 to 5 business days, depending on where you live. In the Netherlands, you'll usually have your order the next day. Please note that this delivery time is an estimate – we strive to meet it but cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. If it unexpectedly takes longer, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

For orders under €50 in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, we charge a small shipping fee. Order €50 or more? Shipping is completely free!

Different shipping costs apply for other countries, depending on the distance. You'll see these costs when you enter your address at checkout. All prices include VAT.

Track Your Package

Once your order has been processed and is on its way, you'll receive a track & trace link from us. This lets you follow your package and see exactly when it will arrive. So you always know where your order is and don't have to wait unnecessarily.

Other Important Information

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. This means you have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the products. Please note that the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

If you haven't received your package within the indicated delivery time, please contact us – we're happy to help! The risk of damage to or loss of products remains with us until you have received your order.
