Refund policy

We understand that sometimes you need time to think it over. That's why at Hypest you always have 14 days to request a return, from the moment you receive your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made an error or your order arrives damaged.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must be unworn and unused — this is for hygiene reasons. Trying it on is of course fine; only actually using it (training, wearing it outdoors) excludes it from return. The item must also be in its original condition. This means:

  • Unworn and unused – Trying it on is okay, using it for sport is not (hygiene)
  • Undamaged – The item must be free from damage
  • With the original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Excluded from Returns

  • Gift cards cannot be returned
  • Used items (for hygiene reasons)

Check your order immediately upon receipt. Is something broken, damaged, or did you receive the wrong item? Report this right away so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to first return it, then order the correct item through our website. You'll receive a refund for your original order.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll send you a message regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within two weeks to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
